Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Interact with active insurance seekers through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels in a remote call center setting.

• Leverage your insurance knowledge to identify customer needs, recognize coverage gaps, and suggest customized solutions from Allstate products as well as those from the Allstate family of companies.

• Transform warm leads into customers utilizing a proven consultative sales approach—there's no cold calling involved.

• Work from home to enhance sales growth while providing an outstanding, customer-centric experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a focus on sales.

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence is preferred.

• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s assistance.

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (Ethernet) is required.

• A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace (equipment will be provided).

• Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends.

• Open to receiving feedback and performance coaching.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking capabilities are essential.

• Competitive, highly self-driven, and enjoys being recognized for your contributions.

• Capable of working independently and holding yourself accountable for your performance.

• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
