Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – BPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, cultivating a welcoming and friendly environment to discuss Aetna’s Medicare plans.

• Effectively communicate Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment procedures, ensuring clients feel knowledgeable and empowered in their decisions.

• Invest time in understanding each client's specific needs and tailor your approach to deliver customized solutions.

• Build trust and rapport with clients through your approachable personality and collaborative demeanor.

• Monitor leads and follow up in a timely manner, ensuring no potential opportunity is overlooked while accurately documenting interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of successful experience in outbound sales within the Medicare sector.

• A genuine passion for assisting others and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and effectively.

• Ability to establish rapport with clients, recognizing their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Keep abreast of Medicare products, services, and current industry developments.

• Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment and various CRM software systems.

• Self-driven with a strong ambition to succeed and achieve exemplary performance.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work atmosphere while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Adaptability to modify strategies based on client feedback and needs.

• Valid Resident State Health Insurance (Required).

• Continuing Education (CEs) must be current (Required).

• High School Diploma or GED.
