This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, creating a welcoming and friendly environment to discuss Aetna’s Medicare plans.
• Provide clear explanations of Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment procedures, ensuring clients feel knowledgeable and confident in their decisions.
• Take the time to comprehend each client’s individual needs and adjust your approach to offer customized solutions.
• Build trust and rapport with clients through your engaging personality and collaborative demeanor.
• Monitor leads and follow up in a timely manner, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked while accurately documenting all interactions.
• At least 1 year of successful outbound sales experience within the Medicare sector.
• A genuine passion for assisting others and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to connect with clients, understanding their requirements and offering personalized solutions.
• Remain informed about Medicare products, services, and industry developments.
• Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment and multiple CRM software platforms.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to excel and achieve outstanding performance.
• Capability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to modify strategies based on client feedback and needs.
