📋 Description

• This position utilizes advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to address members’ physical and behavioral health needs through thorough assessment, care planning, collaboration with providers, and coordination of psychosocial services.

• The clinician performs comprehensive evaluations utilizing clinical tools and benefit planning, formulates strategies to mitigate risk factors, and oversees complex clinical indicators.

• Additionally, they conduct crisis interventions, ensuring that members are linked to suitable treatment and receive prompt follow-up care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of post-master’s direct clinical experience in environments such as hospitals, ambulatory care, or outpatient facilities.

• At least 3 years of experience dealing with mental health and substance use disorders.

• Capability to type and communicate simultaneously for a minimum of 3 years.

• 3 years of experience with Motivational Interviewing and proficient technological skills.

• An active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) in accordance with state regulations.
