📋 Description

• Support individuals in comprehending their coverage options and selecting the most suitable products, services, and solutions.

• Deliver comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Address customer inquiries with empathy and active listening skills.

• Recognize additional needs customers may possess and assist them in upgrading their products or services.

• Finalize the sale or renewal of a health plan that aligns with the customer's requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health insurance license in your state of residence.

• High-speed internet connection (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).

• At least six (6) months of sales experience.

• Integrity to adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.

• Strong customer service focus, including empathy, compassion, and effective listening skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient computer navigation abilities and experience, as this position is entirely remote.
