This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Support clients in comprehending their coverage options and choosing the appropriate products.

• Deliver comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Address customer questions with empathy and understanding.

• Recognize additional needs of customers and assist them in enhancing their products or services.

• Finalize the sale or renewal of a health plan tailored to the customer's requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid health insurance license in your state of residence.

• High-speed internet connection (over 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).

• A minimum of six (6) months of sales experience.

• Commitment to adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.

• Strong customer service skills, including empathy, compassion, and active listening.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in computer navigation and experienced with relevant software.
