This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Consistently deliver high-quality applications that drive growth, contributing to an impressive 90-day retention rate.
• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking guidance and information on health insurance options within your licensed states.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to connect with potential customers and present a range of health insurance plans.
• Evaluate customer needs and suggest appropriate health insurance plans tailored to their individual preferences and requirements.
• Facilitate the enrollment process for prospects in chosen health insurance plans, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Skillfully quote, present, and finalize sales while showcasing excellent communication skills and the capability to overcome objections.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects by making outbound calls to provide updates, resolve concerns, and close outstanding sales opportunities.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction through exceptional service, promptly addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues.
• Receive and implement coaching from sales leadership.
• Adhere to CMS standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and productivity objectives.
• Keep accurate customer records in the CRM system, offering succinct summaries of all interactions.
• Exhibit proficiency in using desktop computers, including Microsoft O365 applications, web browsing tools, and other company software.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Active and valid resident health insurance license.
• At least 2 years of experience in Medicare Sales.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to effectively identify and address customer concerns.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web browsing tools.
• Internet Speed: Minimum of 80 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and monthly OIG checks.
