This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Manages the import process while ensuring adherence to U.S. and international regulations.

• Assists clients in navigating customs requirements.

• Prepares all essential documentation for customs clearance.

• Effectively addresses and resolves customer issues with accuracy and professionalism.

• Oversees office operations in the absence of the manager.

• Remains informed about updates in customs regulations and procedural changes.

• Must hold a valid Customs Broker License.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Licensed Customs Broker, preferably working with a brokerage.

• Prior experience in wine imports is essential.
