Licensed Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapeutic counseling services and create treatment plans for mainly young adults.

• Concurrently document and submit HIPAA-compliant records utilizing TimelyCare's electronic health record system.

• Formulate and present treatment plans along with progress notes after each session.

• Collaborate across various teams and departments to facilitate care continuity as necessary.

• Comply with established documentation quality standards and ethical guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• Possess an active State License in MT; additional state licenses are advantageous.

• Demonstrate strong skills in clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening.

• Have experience in crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning.

• Background in offering services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment.
