This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Evaluate and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and situations of patients.
• Meet with patients on a regular basis to provide counseling, deliver treatment, and modify treatment plans as required.
• Perform continuous assessments of patient progress.
• Engage and advise family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within the surrounding communities.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field (Required).
• A full and unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (specific to the office's location). Applications without a valid and active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate or intern-level therapists.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification for the duration of employment with this agency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Skill in guiding, directing, or influencing others.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of establishing and sustaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Must have proven experience in using electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with expertise in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
• W-2 position with medical, dental, and vision benefits starting on the first of the month following employment.
