This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Conduct around 5–8 thorough behavioral health evaluations weekly
• Perform assessments through telehealth platforms
• Complete evaluations accurately while adhering to specified documentation timelines
• Formulate suitable clinical and treatment recommendations
• Offer supervision and guidance for designated provisional and non-licensed behavioral health practitioners
• Hold monthly individual supervision meetings
• Engage in clinical consultation and case discussions
• Review documentation and progress notes
• Evaluate treatment plans
• Provide clinical mentorship and guidance
• Deliver performance feedback related to documentation quality and clinical practices
• Assess documentation for clinical precision and adherence
• Ensure that documentation aligns with payer, organizational, and regulatory requirements
• Current Louisiana license as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• License must be in good standing
• Capability to provide clinical supervision in accordance with Louisiana regulations
• Exceptional clinical judgment
• Strong skills in documentation
• Reliable internet access and a private workspace for telehealth services
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week
