Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Multiple Licenses

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals (including MDs and Dietitians) to deliver a thorough and synchronized approach to member care.

• Employing evidence-based clinical techniques (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation methods, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation, and gut-directed hypnotherapy).

• Conducting biopsychosocial assessments to create and implement relevant, concrete goals that assist clients in achieving significant outcomes related to their GI conditions.

• Initiating and maintaining health records and encounters within the electronic health record system, adhering to the guidelines established in company clinical protocols and related manuals.

• Engaging in professional training activities to uphold licensure and enhance knowledge.

• Participating in clinical coordination meetings with other team members.

• Contributing to the company-wide development of psychological best practices and providing feedback to enhance member experiences based on your professional insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline.

• Active license to practice therapy in good standing.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, implementing relaxation strategies that influence the brain-gut connection, and Motivational Interviewing (experience in GI-focused care is advantageous).

• Ability to collaborate with and communicate effectively with other care providers (e.g., Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches, Registered Dietitians).

• Proficient and comfortable using standard administrative technologies (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Office, Google Drive, or similar), with experience in electronic charting and delivering services on telehealth platforms preferred.
