Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for new patients, identifying their needs, strengths, and objectives.

• Provide personalized therapy utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Establish strong relationships with patients and their families, offering psychoeducation and assistance with resource navigation.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated, patient-focused care plans.

• Efficiently document in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and monitor progress toward quantifiable outcomes.

• Maintain adherence to best practices regarding privacy and compliance (HIPAA/HITECH).

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in one or more states.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals impacted by cancer; Oncology Social Worker-Certified (OSW-C) preferred.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently in a quiet, private environment, equipped with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and smartphone.

• Technologically adept with G-Suite, EMRs, and VOIP (experience with AdvancedMD is a plus).

• Demonstrated compassion, cultural humility, and a strong ability to motivate and empower patients.
