Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assess mental health conditions, diagnose issues, and develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Maintain ongoing documentation, including updated diagnoses, treatment plan evaluations, and case notes in line with company policy.

• Deliver exceptional care to clients while collaborating with a dynamic team to address community needs.

• Employ innovative interventions to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their goals.

• Prepare and submit individual session documentation in accordance with company guidelines and protocols.

• Clinicians seeking Full-Time status must ensure a minimum availability of 32 hours per week for patient care.

• Coordinate services with other healthcare providers, family members, work personnel, medical staff, other OptiMindHealth employees, and school personnel as required.

• Attend and actively engage in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.

• A full, current, and unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) is essential.

• Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical documentation processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience and a willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet essential deadlines.

• Comfort and familiarity in working with clients facing a diverse range of issues or concerns.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check to confirm your capacity to provide safe care.

• Exhibit and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
