This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assess mental health disorders, provide diagnoses, develop, and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation, including additional diagnoses, treatment plan evaluations, and case notes in accordance with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional care to clients while collaborating with a dynamic team to advance the mission of addressing community gaps.
• Employ creative interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual session documentation following company guidelines and protocols.
• Clinicians working Full-Time are required to maintain a minimum of 32 available hours for patient care each week.
• Coordinate services with other care providers, families, workplace personnel, medical staff, other OptiMindHealth team members, and school personnel as necessary.
• Attend and engage in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university is required.
• A full, current, and unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and the ability to complete clinical documentation is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience and a willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet required deadlines are important.
• Comfort and experience working with clients facing a diverse array of issues or concerns are necessary.
• Ability to pass a background check to confirm the ability to provide safe care.
• Demonstrate and uphold stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health settings is considered an additional asset.
• Being currently paneled or credentialed with an insurance network is also a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual skills is a plus.
• A specialty area of practice is considered an additional advantage.
