Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists

• Mentor and guide new therapists in their professional journey

• Provide clinical oversight as associates deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community while accumulating their licensure hours

• Collaborate with associates to support them in reaching their professional aspirations

• Conduct comprehensive supervision and mentorship

• Contribute to fostering a supportive and collaborative practice environment

• Play a pivotal role in nurturing and influencing the next generation of therapists

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or LMHC

• Active LCSW or LMHC license in good standing within the state of Florida

• Board-approved to act as a clinical supervisor

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to full licensure

• Knowledgeable in clinical documentation and treatment planning in alignment with Medicaid guidelines

• Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for maintaining confidentiality during virtual sessions

• Proficient in English

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses

• Ability to develop effective, personalized treatment plans

• Collaborative mindset for working closely with associates

• Expertise in providing thorough supervision and mentorship
