Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists

• Mentor and guide emerging therapists who provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community

• Offer supervision as associates complete the clinical hours necessary for full licensure

• Conduct comprehensive supervision and mentorship

• Collaborate with associates to assist them in achieving their professional aspirations

• Contribute to creating a supportive and collaborative practice culture

• Enhance the accessibility of mental health services for Medicaid patients

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or LMHC

• Active LCSW or LMHC license in good standing in Florida

• Board approval to act as a clinical supervisor

• Proven success in guiding associates to attain full licensure

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid regulations

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools

• Private, HIPAA-compliant home office setup suitable for confidential virtual sessions

• Proficiency in English

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses

• Capability to develop effective, individualized treatment plans

• Cooperative approach when working alongside associates

• Expertise in conducting detailed supervision and mentorship
