Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual care primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to patients with cancer diagnoses.

• Perform initial assessments to determine patient needs.

• Work collaboratively with Health Partners, Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners.

• Observe side effects and variations in patient function or behavior.

• Consult with licensed clinical team members for complex cases.

• Record patient interactions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Incorporate collaborative care programming into the Daymark care model.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree along with a Master of Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent MSW program.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) license.

• A minimum of two years of clinical work experience.

• Proficient in using CBT or comparable methodologies.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Licensed (or willing to obtain licensure) in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

• Comfortable using tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHR systems.

• Capable of establishing rapport with diverse populations.

• Organized, articulate, and professional in written communication.
