⛳️ Requirements

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD.

• A seasoned Mental Health Therapist or Counselor with a commitment to assisting adults, couples, or teens.

• At least 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• Possession of a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) allowing you to provide therapy without supervision.

• A private and professional setting for conducting therapy sessions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Professional liability insurance is required.

• A dependable Internet connection.

• Must be currently residing in the US.

• NOTE: Unfortunately, interns or those who require supervision for therapy services cannot become providers on BetterHelp at this time. Additionally, we are unable to accept substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, Christian counselors, and business coaches unless they hold an additional mental health counselor license.
