Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide remote therapy, typically over an 8-week program, using video conferencing and/or phone to assist patients dealing with behavioral challenges stemming from medical or life transitions.

• Maintain availability for 10+ hours per week to engage with AbleTo patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of post-licensure clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy, employing CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused methodologies.

• Current LCSW (or state equivalent) in good standing, along with malpractice insurance.

• Strong skills in assessment, accurate diagnosis, and the ability to create collaborative, individualized treatment plans with patients.

• A genuine passion for assisting patients in overcoming obstacles to positive change, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A private home office equipped with a computer, webcam, reliable internet access, and access to a DSM-5 tool (either a book or an app).

• Fluency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
