Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Deliver online counseling services to clients.

• Interact with clients through video, phone, and messaging platforms.

• Uphold client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Handle a caseload of clients utilizing insurance and cash payments.

• Timely update client records and documentation.

• Engage in team meetings and pursue ongoing professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD.

• Experienced Mental Health Therapist or Counselor dedicated to assisting adults, couples, or teens.

• Over 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• Must possess a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) enabling the provision of therapy without supervision.

• Must be a U.S. resident with a private workspace, reliable internet access, and liability insurance.

• A professional and private setting for conducting sessions is necessary.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Professional liability insurance is required.

• A dependable Internet connection is essential.

• Must be currently residing in the U.S.
