Licensed Claims Insurance Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance for initial notifications of loss related to auto insurance claims.

• Complete and document claims for clients involved in accidents.

• Support customers in arranging repairs and rental vehicles.

• Coordinate with medical and legal professionals as well as other insurance companies.

• Aid customers in following up on claims that have been previously submitted.

• Collaborate closely with adjusters, managers, and other personnel throughout the claims process.

• Monitor all call-related information for auditing and reporting needs.

• Offer insights regarding call-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Adjuster Insurance License for your home state.

• Capability to work remotely within a virtual team setting.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based environments.

• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred, although not mandatory.
