Advisor — Verification of Auto Repair Estimates and Repairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough desk reviews within the image analysis department of vendor repair estimates, total loss assessments, and assigned claims to guarantee compliance with estimating guidelines, best practices in repairs, and documentation standards.

• Examine files and conduct audits, providing necessary annotations, corrections, and precise repair recommendations as needed.

• Investigate intricate inquiries, complaints, escalations, and disputes related to coverage or repairs, resolving them swiftly and professionally.

• Assist in total loss evaluations by reviewing estimates, value appraisals, and documentation to ensure adherence to company protocols.

• Develop, oversee, and audit processes while fostering and sustaining effective working relationships with network vendors and repair facilities.

• Take part in calibration sessions with claims teams and management to ensure consistency in estimating practices and claims results.

• Work collaboratively with management to relay audit findings, identify trends, and suggest improvements to processes.
