Licensed Certified Social Worker, LCSW-C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid population.

• Concentrate on client care while the team manages scheduling, billing, insurance, and credentialing.

• Develop and oversee a varied caseload through the referral network.

• Operate independently with complete clinical autonomy, managing your own caseload and treatment methodologies.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.

• Create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their objectives.

• Utilize expertise in mental health diagnoses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, valid LCSW-C or LCPC license in good standing in Maryland.

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Professional Counseling.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct therapy or assessment experience.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Expertise in creating effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies.

• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
