License Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee compliance and anti-piracy matters from the initial point of contact through to resolution.

• Facilitate crucial conversations about software licensing via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

• Assess investigative data to analyze situations and create comprehensive reports.

• Consistently document processes and disseminate knowledge to enhance engagement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Portuguese.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Engagement.

• Strong technical skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems for monitoring KPIs.

• Excellent negotiation abilities and a proactive "hunter" mindset.
