This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop Engaging Levels: Design and create levels for innovative puzzle games, ensuring that gameplay remains enjoyable and challenging throughout.
• Manage Difficulty Progression: Focus on balancing the difficulty curve across various levels to promote a smooth and satisfying player experience.
• Enhance Level Editor: Participate in improving the level editor to boost workflow efficiency and foster creativity.
• 2-3 years of experience in Level Design, particularly within casual or hyper-casual game genres.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in designing puzzle levels, including word and other hybrid puzzle mechanics.
• Familiarity with analytics and player behavior metrics.
• Strong understanding of game design and puzzle design principles.
• Proficiency in Russian.
• B2 level proficiency in English (considered a plus).
• A genuine passion for puzzle games and practical experience in the genre (considered a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Unity (considered a plus).
• Experience utilizing AI tools, particularly for level creation (considered a plus).
• A portfolio showcasing previous work (considered a plus).
