Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator – Network Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Delivers advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution within a 24×7 NOC setting.

• Manages escalations from Level 1 and conducts in-depth network diagnostics.

• Guarantees the reliability of network infrastructure across various locations.

• Assists in the Cyber Backup environment while working under the supervision of the Level 3 Network Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 2–4 years of pertinent experience or an equivalent combination.

• Proficient in network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.

• Capability to support 24×7 operations and work rotating shifts.

• U.S. Citizenship and residency in the U.S. is required.
