• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you passionately and insightfully represent your area of expertise.

• In your role as a learning facilitator, the focus is on the competence development of the course participants.

• You view your teaching approach as both an information provider and a supportive learning facilitator in the context of Learning 4.0!

• This includes: subject-specific instruction from home using WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.

• Application of diverse teaching methods for lesson planning.

• Supporting and mentoring our trainees with their IHK-relevant reports and projects.

• Participation in quality assurance measures.

• Conducting webinars and online information events.

• Excellent proficiency in your teaching language German (C2 language level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or degree in: Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing.

• Digital Marketing expertise.

• Development of data-driven marketing strategies.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEA, and Social Media Advertising.

• Competence in Customer Journey Mapping & Branding.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Understanding of legal fundamentals in online marketing.

• Social Media Content Creation skills (including video, reels & short formats).

• Proficiency in storytelling & community management.

• Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects.

• Experience in Influencer Marketing.

• Knowledge of media law & brand building.

• Understanding of E-Commerce principles.

• Expertise in data-driven marketing.

• Development of E-Commerce strategies.

• Building and optimizing online shops.

• Familiarity with CMS systems and web development basics.

• Knowledge of SEO/SEA in E-Commerce.

• Solid practical experience with AI tools for content creation.

• A comprehensive understanding of current principles and trends in AI media design, project management, automation, and AI models.

• Proven experience in adult education (minimum 600 hours).

• Educational suitability, e.g., AEVO certification.

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in knowledge transfer.

• Ability to present complex content in a comprehensible and target-group-appropriate manner.

• Independent, structured work style with high self-responsibility.

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with learners.
