This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a team member of WBS TRAINING, you passionately and foresightedly represent your area of expertise.

• In your position as an instructor, the primary focus is on the skill development of your participants.

• You see yourself in your lesson planning as both a provider of input and a supporter in the role of a learning companion for Learning 4.0.

• Subject-specific teaching from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D.

• Utilization of various teaching methods for lesson design.

• Preparation and development of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum.

• Conducting assessments of skill development.

• Excellent command of your teaching language, German (C2 language level).

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training and/or a degree in the security sector.

• Training as a specialist for protection and security as a minimum requirement.

• You possess the IHK certificate of expertise according to § 34a GewO.

• Professional experience in the security industry.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, or teacher would be advantageous.

• Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., trainer's certificate according to AEVO).

• Methodical-didactic skill in conveying teaching content.

• An independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
