Lending Services & Delivery Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients early in the program lifecycle — prior to contract signing — to define scope, align stakeholders, and establish a strong foundation for successful delivery.

• Assume full ownership of extensive lending transformation programs, focusing specifically on Mortgage Servicing, Commercial Lending, and primary servicer modernization.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders, serving as the key point of accountability throughout the engagement.

• Create client-specific solutions that meet their strategic goals — converting business requirements into actionable delivery roadmaps.

• Ensure timely program delivery that adheres to budget constraints and maintains a quality standard that enhances SAP Fioneer's reputation and prepares the team for future engagements.

• Build, nurture, and lead high-performing delivery teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with product, architecture, and sales teams to guarantee that solutions are both technically robust and commercially viable.

• Identify and proactively address delivery risks across programs, escalating issues when necessary with clear mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale lending technology programs in North America, particularly in one or more of the following areas: Mortgage Servicing, Commercial Lending, or primary servicer transformation.

• Proven track record in comprehensive program management — from initial scoping to go-live — with complete accountability for quality, scope, and budget.

• Experience in building and leading high-performing delivery teams in intricate, cross-functional settings.

• Proven capability to engage and align C-level stakeholders, merging strategic advisory acumen with hands-on delivery accountability.

• Strong understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design.

• Experience with core banking or lending platforms; familiarity with SAP Fioneer solutions is a significant advantage.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean organization where initiative and judgment are crucial.

• Willingness to travel frequently across North America.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
