Legal Tech Customer Success Consultant – JD Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Support a portfolio of Large Law Accounts by promoting adoption, engagement, customer value, retention, and growth in usage across branch offices and distributed user groups.

• Establish trusted relationships with customer contacts and act as a responsive resource for workflow guidance, adoption assistance, and product engagement.

• Aid in the implementation of customer success plans that align with firm goals, legal workflows, business priorities, and overarching account strategies.

• Assist legal professionals in integrating LexisNexis drafting, research, analytics, and AI-powered workflow solutions into their daily legal tasks through targeted outreach and practical adoption support.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement to facilitate customer engagement, assist in account planning, and uncover risks or opportunities.

• Leverage customer health, engagement, and usage data, along with customer feedback, to identify adoption trends, highlight obstacles, and propose next steps that promote retention and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience collaborating with law firms, legal professionals, legal research, or legal technology.

• Early career background in customer success, account support, client services, consulting, legal technology, legal practice, enterprise software, training, or solution adoption.

• Interest in large law firm workflows, stakeholder dynamics, and the impact of AI on legal research, drafting, summarization, and productivity transformation.

• Capability to foster strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with legal professionals to facilitate value-based engagement.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, customer success strategies, enablement, analytics, or AI-powered tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, Tableau, or similar platforms.
