Legal Specialist – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive research to analyze various laws, regulations, and guidelines.

• Support internal teams and stakeholders in comprehending specific legal provisions to effectively resolve business challenges.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while overseeing the complete lifecycle of corporate agreements and keeping legal documentation current.

• Serve as a liaison and collaborate effectively with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and local councils.

• Facilitate regulatory compliance by assembling essential document packages for new license applications and assisting in the upkeep of existing licenses.

• Create internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance legal workflows and boost operational efficiency.

• Conduct detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) assessments on prospective business partners to reduce corporate risk.

• Actively engage in regulatory audits, working closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure positive outcomes.

• Provide adaptable administrative and legal assistance on various tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• BSc/BA degree in Law.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software development company, preferably within the iGaming sector.

• Practical knowledge of licensing and/or audit processes and contract negotiation.

• Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support several individuals in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns that may affect the company's liabilities.
