This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Evaluate, draft, and negotiate NDAs and related transactional documents within private equity, M&A, and financing deals.
• Utilize client-specific playbooks and established frameworks to ensure compliance with agreed-upon client positions.
• Recognize deviations from playbook stipulations and apply suitable fallback language in accordance with client instructions.
• Oversee your own workflow and document queue, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet established turnaround times and service standards.
• Assist in live deal execution across multiple simultaneous transactions in dynamic environments.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within our global legal team to guarantee consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Engage directly with internal stakeholders to uphold operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and delivery workflows.
• LLB Degree or its equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in transactional legal work, contract review, or similar high-volume legal environments.
• Proficiency in reviewing NDAs and/or comparable transactional agreements.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• A strong inclination towards working within clearly defined rules and guidance, favoring the use of structured playbooks over navigating legal uncertainty.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• A keen interest in new technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, along with a desire to innovate within the legal sector.
