This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Professionally manage and respond to incoming calls.
• Coordinate appointments, oversee calendars, and send timely reminders.
• Follow up with insurers, funders, and clients regarding their appointments.
• Maintain accurate client liaison lists and manage client files effectively.
• Enter, summarize, and organize data in Excel and other lists.
• Save and arrange documents using LEAP software.
• Assist with document formatting and minor design tasks utilizing Adobe applications.
• Provide general administrative support to facilitate seamless operations.
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
• Strong skills in organization, communication, and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe software.
• Familiarity with LEAP or similar document management systems is advantageous.
