This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and related documentation.
• Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and correspondence pertaining to immigration issues.
• Engage with clients in both Mandarin and English to collect information, provide case updates, and address inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain organized and precise digital case files to ensure effective tracking and management of documents.
• Manage and update CRM and case management systems, including platforms like PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com.
• Monitor filing deadlines, track case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, strategy, and workflow management.
• Leverage legal technology and AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency, organization, and overall case management processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration law (required).
• A law degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken (required).
• Familiarity with legal case management and CRM systems such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com.
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Capability to work independently while paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ability to utilize AI tools to improve work output and efficiency is highly preferred.
