Legal Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process for contract legal placements.

• Conduct interviews, verify references, and make offers to new contract legal hires.

• Advertise job openings and manage a candidate database.

• Gain insights into client hiring and project requirements.

• Create and regularly update a comprehensive candidate database.

• Validate licensure, extend job offers, and facilitate onboarding for each project.

• Collaborate with teams involved in the managed review process, including sales, project management, and HR.

• Invent innovative strategies for advertising job positions to attract suitable candidates.

• Establish, nurture, and enhance strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

• 1-3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, legal recruiting, or within the legal industry.

• A strong sense of urgency.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in full-cycle project management.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Innovative in problem-solving, with the ability to devise strategies and solutions that meet client expectations.

• Highly skilled in managing and maintaining databases, with proficiency in learning new software and using Outlook and Excel.

• Experience in eDiscovery document review recruiting is an advantage.
