Legal Operations Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner from Information Technology and Legal to oversee and manage legal technology platforms.

• Assess and suggest enhancements to our legal technology ecosystem to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance workflows, decision-making, and achieve cost savings.

• Work alongside the Director of Legal Operations and the Director of Contract Management in handling CLM tools.

• Optimize contract workflows to enhance lifecycle management processes.

• Oversee the governance and accessibility of the Legal SharePoint environment.

• Manage the Legal Central Intake system in collaboration with the Senior Legal Operations Analyst.

• Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making for legal collaborators.

• Conduct regular meetings with legal leadership to uncover opportunities for process improvements.

• Support initiatives for process optimization throughout the legal department.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or similar roles.

• Knowledge of CLM systems and various legal technology tools.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in data visualization and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage collaborations effectively.

• Experience and enthusiasm for incorporating AI solutions into legal processes.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
