This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of members within the Legal team in collaboration with the Senior Executive Legal Assistant, including training on systems and processes.
• Analyze and enhance legal processes, establishing clear methodologies and ensuring adherence to agreed playbooks and manuals.
• Supervise the implementation and improvement of legal technology and AI tools, partnering with suppliers and internal teams for effective integration.
• Prepare concise updates from the Legal team for stakeholders, addressing process modifications, policy revisions, and significant initiatives.
• Handle legal invoicing inquiries, ensure compliance with billing standards, and communicate with Finance and external law firms.
• Maintain legal knowledge repositories, templates, playbooks, and data related to matter management.
• Assist in delivering training on legal processes and tools.
• Support and coordinate legal operations projects in line with priorities established by the Group General Counsel.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, practical, and focused on providing solutions.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Technologically proficient, with experience utilizing systems like Agresso, Sage, and iManage.
• Collaborative and capable of working effectively with Legal, Finance, IT, and external law firms.
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Background in senior operations roles, preferably within a legal or professional services context.
• Proficient in data management, MI reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with legal case management/intake systems and data governance.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering or influencing cross-functional operational projects.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and data security principles relevant to system access and data management.
