This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Provide administrative and coordination assistance to attorneys and internal teams, which includes document organization, scheduling, follow-up, correspondence, and workflow management.
• Aid in the preparation, formatting, organization, and filing of legal documents, applications, supporting evidence, and other materials related to cases under the supervision of attorneys.
• Professionally communicate with clients and potential clients in both Mandarin and English via phone, email, messaging platforms, and other approved communication channels.
• Keep precise and current client and case records in CRM and case management systems, documenting interactions, tracking follow-ups, monitoring progress, and organizing digital files.
• Assist with the client intake process as necessary by screening inquiries, identifying client needs, scheduling consultations, collecting preliminary information, and guiding prospective clients through the next steps.
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, attorneys, business partners, third parties, and internal team members.
• Monitor deadlines, coordinate outstanding tasks, follow up on required information, and help ensure that client and case-related matters progress efficiently.
• Utilize legal technology, CRM platforms, productivity tools, and AI-assisted systems to enhance organization, communication, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Prior experience in a law firm is highly preferred; this may include roles in legal support, administration, client services, intake, case coordination, or a related function.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with U.S. immigration law is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong interest in learning about U.S. immigration processes, legal workflows, and client service standards is essential.
• Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship management skills are required.
• Ability to adapt to various responsibilities and work effectively across legal, administrative, and client-facing functions.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, case management platforms, productivity tools, and new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to professionally handle confidential information are crucial.
• Must maintain a minimum of 5 hours of overlap with the firm’s operating hours in Pacific Time (PT), depending on operational needs and team coordination.
