This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage applications for VASP, MiCA, MSB, and other international financial licenses.

• Keep track of, evaluate, and update the executive team on evolving global cryptocurrency regulations (such as SEC, CFTC, FCA, and MAS developments).

• Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to convert regulatory requirements into actionable operational policies and audit-ready processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a qualified lawyer.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in financial regulation specialization.

• Extensive understanding of cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks, traditional fintech systems, or payment service legislation.

• Outstanding relationship-building abilities for engaging with regulators, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset towards risk management.

• Capable of working independently on complex projects while also being a collaborative team member.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency use cases.
