This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of contract templates by drafting, updating, and establishing processes for their effective utilization.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of complex agreements.

• Provide support to the sales team during contract negotiations, risk assessments, and strategic decision-making processes.

• Assist the finance department with tasks related to contract-driven debt recovery and risk mitigation strategies.

• Supervise compliance, privacy, and regulatory issues, ensuring adherence to relevant laws.

• Keep track of new regulations and proactively revise internal policies and business practices accordingly.

• Support HR and governance by contributing to policy development, employment-related legal issues, and training initiatives.

• Offer timely, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to all teams within the organization.

• Serve as a reliable business partner for various teams, ensuring that legal and compliance requirements are fulfilled.

• Create internal policies and guidelines customized for different departments.

• Design training materials and conduct workshops on essential legal, compliance, and privacy topics.


⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel.

• Demonstrated capability in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in English, preferably within a digital or tech context.

• Experience in contract management, compliance, and privacy-related issues.

• Strong problem-solving abilities: You blend legal knowledge with a business perspective to develop practical solutions.

• Excellent analytical skills: You enjoy analyzing regulations, foreseeing risks, and pinpointing strategic opportunities.

• Proactive and hands-on approach: You take ownership of tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through to completion.

• Empathetic and collaborative mindset: You comprehend business needs and work as a partner to facilitate growth.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Proactive: You demonstrate initiative and are willing to take action based on priorities and outcomes.
