Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Preparing and modifying commercial contracts, policies, and various legal documents.

• Safeguarding and registering intellectual property rights.

• Ensuring adherence to legal standards across multiple sectors, including data protection, marketing, payments, and consumer rights.

• Offering legal support, conducting research, and providing consultation for daily operations.

• Assessing and alleviating potential legal risks.

• Collaborating with financial institutions on account openings, KYC, and compliance processes.

• Coordinating with law firms and service providers in different jurisdictions.

• Aiding in the resolution of potential legal disputes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree / LLM from a recognized university.

• Over 5 years of experience in international or prestigious law firms, or in legal positions within IT companies.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience working across international legal frameworks.

• Strong expertise in contract law and intellectual property rights.

• Familiarity with corporate and tax structures is advantageous.

• Team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proactive attitude, willing to engage in a wide range of legal issues and creatively address complex challenges.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Cross-cultural experience is beneficial.

• Positive demeanor and strong willingness to learn new concepts.
