This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, encompassing drafting, review, execution, renewal, and ongoing compliance.
• Create, review, and revise commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Order Forms, pilot agreements, and associated documents.
• Assist in customer contract negotiations while balancing business goals and risk management considerations.
• Navigate prospects through proposals and commercial discussions, ensuring sustained momentum throughout the sales process.
• Act as the main internal contact for all contract-related inquiries and documentation.
• Complete client security questionnaires, vendor due diligence requests, and other compliance-related documentation.
• Aid in SOC 2 reviews, compliance initiatives, and customer procurement procedures.
• Maintain contract repositories, templates, playbooks, and documentation standards.
• Develop and enhance operational systems, trackers, dashboards, and workflows to boost visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the finance team on invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, collections follow-ups, and revenue operations processes.
• Create commercial proposals, business case summaries, and supporting materials for customer-facing opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with founders, operations, finance, engineering, and external counsel to facilitate efficient deal progression.
• Over 8 years of experience in Legal Operations, Sales Operations, Contract Management, Commercial Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience in negotiating contracts with enterprise-level clients.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, and service agreements.
• Familiarity with essential contract concepts such as liability, indemnification, renewals, data protection, and commercial terms.
• Experience managing numerous contracts, stakeholders, and deadlines concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to clarify complex contractual concepts for business stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers and external partners.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency: C2 level.
