This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for designated clients, fostering strong relationships that enhance loyalty, retention, and revenue growth.
• Achieve or surpass predefined sales and account development objectives through proactive client engagement and the discovery of new business opportunities.
• Anticipate client needs and address concerns swiftly and professionally through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of services and outstanding client outcomes.
• Provide a platinum-level customer experience by continually identifying opportunities to enhance processes, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Offer timely and precise updates on order status, proactively managing client expectations throughout the completion of all requests.
• Conduct professional presentations, training sessions, and service reviews in person, via telephone, or through virtual platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, accounts, and activities within the Customer Relationship Management system.
• Prepare, organize, and uphold all necessary reports, records, and documentation in alignment with company standards and procedures.
• Remain updated on industry trends, new technologies, company services, and best practices to serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients and colleagues.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships across departments to promote collaboration, operational excellence, and superior client service.
• Protect confidential client and company information while upholding the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Represent First Legal with professionalism and excellence, reinforcing the company’s reputation for responsiveness, reliability, and exceptional client service.
• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced legal or professional setting is desirable.
• Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work and the ability to follow up with clients.
• Capability to deliver a platinum-level customer service experience while effectively maintaining and growing client relationships.
• Proficient in utilizing Conflict Resolution skills and adhering to internal escalation protocols to address client issues and concerns.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability for critical thinking and a proactive approach to finding better methods of operation.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advocate for exceptional customer service in providing business solutions to anticipate and fulfill client needs.
• A commitment to excellence with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional multitasking skills for handling concurrent requests and high email volumes.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in filings, client requests, and interdepartmental communications.
• Strong communication skills in both written emails and phone conversations with clients and colleagues.
• Resilience under pressure when addressing urgent client needs, challenging situations, and complex interdepartmental coordination.
