Legal Clerkship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assist OCT in its legal initiatives at local, state, federal, and/or international levels.

• Support attorneys with their legal endeavors; collaborate with experts; perform legal and evidentiary research.

• Prepare legal memoranda; assist in preparation for oral arguments and trials; aid in document review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a current law student.

• Passion for utilizing legal frameworks to combat climate change.

• Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during the Fall semester.
