This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Process claims for auto insurance and health insurance.
• Oversee calendars, arrange appointments, and handle administrative duties.
• Compose, review, and distribute legal documents and correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of cases and ensure that documentation is well-organized.
• Relay emails and faxes from attorneys to paralegals.
• Gather essential documents such as police reports, insurance policies, and settlement agreements.
• Help clients navigate through contract procedures.
• Conduct legal background checks and conflict assessments.
• Manage, direct, and prioritize incoming calls and emails for attorneys and paralegals.
• Interact with clients and providers through phone and email communication.
• Preferably experience in supporting legal teams or performing administrative roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.
