Legal Analyst – Labor Reports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of labor litigation case data to generate technical and managerial reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Law WITHOUT active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration is required.

• Language proficiency: Basic / Intermediate English.

• Advanced Level 3 in Excel (expertise in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data cross-referencing, and charts).

• Capability to create infographics and dashboards that enhance the visualization of intricate legal information (using Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, or similar tools).

• Demonstrated experience working at other law firms.

• Background in analyzing labor procedural data and preparing technical and managerial reports.

• Proficiency in applying accounting and legal provisioning rules, interpreting risk, performance, and cost indicators, and conducting analyses of procedural trends.

• Practical understanding of the stages of labor proceedings, including deadlines, procedures, and types of rulings.

• Preferable experience in legal controlling, legal business intelligence, or managing large corporate labor litigation portfolios.

• An analytical, critical, and results-oriented mindset, with a keen attention to detail, strategic insight, and strong communication abilities.
