Ledger and Reconciliation AI Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and enhancing comprehensive account reconciliation procedures

• Conducting thorough account reconciliations, pinpointing discrepancies, and performing variance analysis

• Streamlining reconciliation processes by leveraging AI technologies

• Managing intercompany transactions and their eliminations

• Ensuring the precise recording and reconciliation of intercompany balances

• Assisting in the development and upkeep of the chart of accounts

• Assessing, implementing, and refining AI-driven reconciliation tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CA or an equivalent qualification is preferred

• 2–8 years of experience in ledger management, reconciliations, or financial controllership

• Proficient knowledge in account reconciliations and variance analysis

• Practical experience with intercompany accounting and eliminations

• In-depth understanding of chart of accounts design and governance

• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and reconciliation tools

• Experience with AI/ML-based finance tools or automation platforms is highly advantageous

• Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
