Leave Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of leave of absences from start to finish

• Stay informed about State, Federal, and Company leave policies

• Engage with third parties while ensuring confidentiality

• Work alongside key stakeholders to nurture relationships

• Keep internal records of leave requests up to date

• Collaborate with payroll teams to guarantee accurate payments

• Gather and relay product feedback during customer interactions

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of payroll calculations

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks comfortably

• Open to process and product enhancements
