This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage lease databases effectively.
• Gather portfolio information accurately.
• Provide reporting to clients and collaborate with other JLL teams.
• Offer administrative support including document management, scanning, and collection of letters.
• Track documents and invoices using appropriate tools.
• Upload documents and invoices to the system, local drive, or SharePoint.
• Execute database updates and clean-ups as per instructions.
• Proficient in both Czech and English.
• Must be available for a minimum of 25-30 hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to think clearly and accurately.
• Prior experience in database management is advantageous.
• Competent in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
